Industrial design engineer and webdeveloper. With his first homebuilt recumbent he cycled around the Baltic Sea in 2001. (www.blids.nl/baltic). During this 4150 km long journey he met Honza Galla and Evina Navrátilová, with who he cycled two weeks together. In the years after two more recumbents were built, a wooden recumbent and a carbon lowracer.
