Nordkapp-Gibraltar 2007

One recumbent bike, eight cyclists

The Nordkapp-Gibraltar Expedition is an relay event across the European continent. Eight cyclists will take turns cycling, using only one road recumbent bike.

From North to South through Europe

We'll cycle 6000 km from Nordkapp through Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain to Gibraltar.

Non-Stop

The recumbent will be cycled around the clock for about 10 days. We aim to keep the stoptime at a minimum.

Event schedule

The event will take place from 1st of August 2007.

Support

A support team will assist the cyclists and will travel along with the bicycle in a mobile home and a car.

International team

The team members originate from 4 european countries: Czech Republic, Germany, The Netherlands and Slovenia.
